Cloud-based communication solutions vendor NetFortris Inc. has announced its combined channel partner program with Fonality Inc., a provider of software defined unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solutions.
In February, NetFortris acquired Fonality providing customers security, network management, and a UCaaS solution in one bundle. The new channel partner program combines the best of both company's offerings to help partners take advantage of the broader solution set, attract new customers, and cross-sell to existing NetFortris and Fonality customers.
The new program also offers partners flexible solutions with dedicated customer support, extensive sales and technical training, as well as access to the partner portal and marketing collateral.
“While our relationships with channel partners already play a substantial role in NetFortris’ sales efforts, moving forward we plan to place even greater emphasis on working with the channel,” says John Young, SVP of sales for NetFortris. “Our new and improved channel partner program supports this goal, while helping our partners achieve goals of their own.”
