Also available completely free of charge is MSP360 Remote Assistant, a remote desktop software that allows MSPs to quickly and securely connect to remote computers and provide support over the internet. It includes the following main features and more: quick support client, unattended access, encrypted connection, file transfer, text and voice chat, remote desktop access, and multi-regional authentication server. This software has always been available at no cost to MSPs.
