MaintenanceNet Launches Next Generation Service Revenue Generation Platform

MaintenanceNet Inc., a provider of service revenue generation solutions, has launched ServiceExchange, its next generation service contract management and automation platform that offers a data-driven approach to service contract sales and renewals.

Designed to empower internal sales teams and external channel partners to drive top and bottom-line revenue and stronger customer experience, ServiceExchange grants sales professionals complete visibility into their customers’ service contracts portfolios. Using a self-help, cloud-based approach to service contract management, the platform guides MaintenanceNet customers and their partners to attach more services to products, close more service renewals, and manage product and service lifecycles.†

The new platform features a patent-pending Business Rules Engine (BRE) and advanced API integrations along with an AWS scalable data infrastructure, allowing for customization and modification as customers’ business rules evolve. Built with the advantage of continuous improvement and flexibility to replace major components when necessary without the need for “fork lift” platform upgrades, ServiceExchange is designed with an “evergreen” effect in mind, according to Herron.†
