High Wire Networks Names Anthony Sparber as Director of Front Line Maintenance

30-year Service Delivery and Operations Veteran Joins Leading Global Technical Services Firm to Augment On-demand Reactive Services

High Wire Networks, a leading global technology systems integrator and managed cybersecurity solutions provider, announced today that Anthony Sparber, a service delivery expert with more than 30 years of operations, engineering and sales management experience, has joined the company as Director of Front Line Maintenance (FLM).

In his role, Sparber will augment High Wire Network’s On-demand Reactive Services to provide comprehensive services for the company’s partners and customers and fortify the delivery of long-haul optical networks and SD-WAN solutions.

Sparber comes to High Wire Networks after eight years as Director of Operations at Ledcor Technical Services USA. Previously, he held senior-level positions for large telecom companies and worked with several startup organizations. He also successfully led Time Warner through the September 11 attacks nearly 20 years ago and was recognized by former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani for quickly restoring service to New York City Hall so he could address the nation alongside former President George W. Bush.

“Anthony is a natural fit for the High Wire Networks culture and brings instant alignment with our vision to grow the Front Line Maintenance organization into a world-class service team,” said Charles Hughes, Chief Operating Officer at High Wire Networks. “His attitude, experience and extensive knowledge of service delivery create another value-add difference for our customers.”

For more than 20 years, High Wire Networks partners have trusted the company’s 24/7 help desk and smart hands for on-demand break/fix, rack and stack, and network turnup services. With Sparber’s added expertise, High Wire Networks will expand optical network scheduled and preventative maintenance services, large-scale SD-WAN deployments, site surveys and 24/7 break/fix services.

“Our front-line maintenance professionals are the firefighters of the telecom industry,” said Sparber. “High Wire Networks customers expect us to deliver on time, with the best people and services. We have the infrastructure in place—including our 15,000 global professionals – to do just that. I am excited to build on this foundation with added expertise and streamlined processes.”
