Fonality, a provider of business phone systems and contact center solutions, and Yealink, a SIP phone provider, will partner to broaden Fonality’s hardware phone portfolio with four additional phone models. The partnership provides customers with access to a provider of handsets in addition to existing handsets that Fonality already features. The new handsets are specifically featured in Fonality’s unique Hybrid Hosted technology and will be available in the fourth quarter of 2013.
