With no licensing or subscription fees, the ezMaster Network Management Platform is a Web-based management platform for centralized bulk-configuring, provisioning, and monitoring of Neutron Series controller switches and wireless access points. The platform creates a fully-integrated enterprise-class distributed network management solution that scales to support 1000+ Neutron Series controller switches and wireless access points and 10,000+ concurrent users. Neutron Series access points are auto-discovered and provisioned and automatically synced to existing project groups.
The platform, which can be installed on a physical or cloud-based server, enables users to centrally manage multiple networks, whether on the same subnet in different locations of a large building or throughout facilities across a campus environment, or cross-subnet in geographically-separated locations across the city or country.
The ezMaster platform offers quick and easy views of the status of the distributed network in real time to monitor and optimize network performance. The Statistics View provides real-time and historical visibility of traffic flow. The Topology View automatically maps network deployment and displays device relationships. The Floor View allows administrators to upload floor plans and drop AP markers for a visual representation of any network on the system. The platform also provides reports that allow both IT and executive management to see system efficiencies and issues, along with opportunities for improvements and expansion.
Available in 8-, 24- a
nd 48-port models, the EnGenius Neutron Series controller switches combine fully-managed Gigabit Ethernet switches and wireless controllers giving IT administrators the ability to monitor and manage all Neutron Series access points. The controller switches offer Gigabit speeds and can deliver up to 30 watts per port to power PoE-enabled devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phone systems.
With SmartSync Redundancy, if the connection to the ezMaster server is lost, Neutron Series Switches will automatically store logs and statistics from the access points. When the connection is re-established, all information is resynched and sent to the ezMaster Network Management Platform.
