Continuum Managed Services and LogMeIn Inc. have broadened the scope of their channel agreement, which delivers remote access technology to Continuum’s MSP partners. The new agreement extends Continuum’s designation as LogMeIn’s exclusive MSP channel partner and includes adding expanded functionality such as remote access printing to LogMeIn Pro licenses at no additional cost. The goal of the deeper partnership is to further help MSPs grow their business using the combination of remote access and RMM/BDR solutions available.
Speaking about the agreement, Dee Zepf, vice president of product management and technical services at Continuum, said that the company’s MSP partners insist on the best remote access technology, which LogMeIn provides.
“We are excited to deepen our partnership with Continuum and believe that their managed services solutions provide a strong complement to our remote access offerings in helping MSPs grow their business,” said Ted Roller, LogMeIn’s vice president of channel development. “The escalating demands placed on today’s MSPs require them to stay connected with full functional access to their RMM tools, whether they are in the office or on the road, and we are delighted we can continue to play an integral role in delivering the best of both worlds to Continuum’s partners.”
In addition to offering LogMeIn Pro on an exclusive basis to MSPs, Continuum also signed a deal with LogMeIn in September 2012 that offers LogMeIn Rescue, LogMeIn’s flagship remote support offering, as part of Continuum’s RMM platform.
