Channel Partners Evolution, a four-day gathering for 3,200-plus MSPs, VARs, agents, integrators, consultants, and suppliers, is taking place this week, September 9-12, in Washington, D.C., at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

The event features 100-plus industry-leading speakers. Educational tracks include business strategy, marketing and technology, security, and careers; plus networking, fastball, and VIP sessions along with alliance makers roundtables and more. In addition, the event offers new extended hours during the three-day expo hall (Sept. 10-12) filled with more than 175 key suppliers, master agents, and distributors.

Also new this year was a half-day marketing workshop with Robin Robins, CEO of Technology Marketing Toolkit, held on Sept. 9.

Today, the first full day of the event kicked off with welcome remarks from Thomas Baker, senior account executive for Channel Partners, and Kelly Danziger, market leader channel at Informa Tech (pictured). They were followed by T.C. Doyle, senior director of content at Channel Futures and Channel Partners, who presented “The World in Focus: A Look at 2020.”

Throughout the week attendees will hear keynote presentations on the latest strategies and cutting-edge technology; attend sessions on 5G, business strategy, careers, innovative technology, marketing, security, and Wi-Fi 6; and avail themselves of numerous networking opportunities.

Today’s activities end in the evening with the second annual MSP 501 Awards Dinner presented by Channel Futures, honoring the 2019 class winners.
