ScanSource-affiliated communications and convergence distributor Catalyst Telecom has created a FastQuote tool for quoting Scopia video conferencing solutions from Avaya’s Radvision. The FastQuote toolis designed to assist Avaya Radvision resellers in providing and managing customer quotes, including materials and maintenance pricing.
Compared to the Avaya Radvision Price Configurator tool (RPC), FastQuote reduces quoting time and accelerates order-processing time. For this reason, Avaya has approved the output of the FastQuote tool to be accepted in place of the RPC.
FastQuote also produces an executive brief for the customer, detailing the configured solution based on the bill of materials. The brief is customizable and can include a pre-defined company message and tailored customer communication.
The tool securely stores quotes and revisions and provides a ssingle source for product information.
