BitTitan and Ingram Micro Announce Free Cloud Migration Software Offer

Qualified partners of the two companies can get up 50 seats of BitTitan’s MigrationWiz cloud migration product via three licenses of the multi-workload User Migration Bundle at no cost.

BitTitan is partnering with Ingram Micro on a special offer that allows channel pros worldwide to receive free copies of BitTitan’s User Migration Bundle, a purchasing option for its flagship MigrationWiz solution that lets users move mailboxes, personal archives, public folders, and Microsoft Outlook configurations to the cloud on one combined license.

Partners who take advantage of the deal will receive 50 total seats of MigrationWiz at no cost.

The offer applies only to partners that purchased no BitTitan products through Ingram Micro between January 1, 2018, and July 31, 2019. To qualify, partners must buy at least five User Migration Bundle licenses across three separate purchases. Free licenses are good for one year.

“We are deeply committed to providing our partners with the tools to help them build a successful cloud practice, while offering the most powerful portfolio of solutions to help them solve their customer’s problems,” said Tarik Faouzi, vice president of cloud products at Ingram Micro, in a press statement. “By enhancing our relationship with BitTitan, who shares our commitment to the channel, we are able to extend to our partners BitTitan’s powerful cloud-migration services to organizations around the globe.”†

According to BitTitan, forthcoming end-of-support milestones for Microsoft Windows 7 in January and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 in October 2020 make now an opportune time for partners to launch or expand cloud migration practices. In addition, the company notes citing a Gartner research study, less than 20% of businesses “will be substantially provisioned with on-premises collaboration and communication capabilities” by 2023.

“BitTitan is committed to ensuring our partners are equipped with the right tools to adapt to evolving cloud demands and can scale to the unique needs of global customers,” said BitTitan founder and CEO Geeman Yip, in prepared remarks. “We are proud to work with Ingram Micro as we continue to focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions to our partners to securely migrate data and optimize the cloud experience for customers and end users worldwide.”

Sales of BitTitan products through Ingram spiked over 60% in the first half of 2019. Together, the two companies have moved over 200,000 mailboxes to the cloud worldwide via MigrationWiz in the four years they’ve been partnering. Across all channels, MigrationWiz has migrated 15 million mailboxes globally to the cloud to date.
