The company’s hosted service management software for IT consultants, start-up MSPs, and service providers can take advantage of new pricing to upgrade their service management capabilities.

Breaking the entry barrier to business management software, Autotask Corporation, of East Greenbush, N.Y.,† has announced its own “stimulus package” for IT consultants, start-up managed service providers (MSPs), and other IT professionals.

Effective immediately, Autotask Go!, the company’s fully hosted service management software, is available for a single-user license fee priced at $29.

Autotask CEO Bob Godgart says now the time for Channel pros to plan for growth and new services. “As the recession winds down,” he say, “innovation is on the rise and new MSPs and IT service providers can position themselves to capitalize on the economic expansion that is sure to come.”

Godgart says Autotask has made it easy for companies to access what he calls “the industry’s best IT business management platform.” He says, “Our customers can have the advantage of best-practice business management techniques and services used by larger shops, while jump starting their new IT service initiatives.”

Autotask users now access to these benefits:

  • Autotask Academy–This is a large database of business-building tips and resources as well as continuing IT education opportunities. It’s provided by Autotask’s professional services team.
  • Universal Ticket Sharing–This system helps companies outsource “to anyone at anytime.”
  • Knowledgebase–Built inside every service ticket, Autotask provides access to a robust search algorithm returning the results based on context, relevancy, and other factors.
  • Service Level Management–This tool manages and tracks the conditions set forth in client agreements.
  • Comprehensive LiveReports–This engine delivers line-level detail and custom IT service reporting for quantifying service value.

Autotask says its Autotask Go! program was created to help IT service providers “run their businesses more efficiently and improve profitability by organizing people and automating processes.” †

The new single-user license version of Autotask Go!, priced at $29, is now available.†
