The ASCII Group, a membership-based community of independent North American MSPs, MSSPs, and solution providers, has announced featured speakers for its slate of virtual and in-person educational events for 2021. ASCII MSP Connect Live and ASCII Success Summits are designed to offer attendees new approaches and best practices on how to grow their IT companies while delivering exceptional service to their customer base.
The 2021 events will feature two keynote speakers: Mike Michalowicz, author of The Pumpkin Plan, Profit First, and his latest, Fix This Next, will discuss how businesses can determine what to do, in what order, to ensure healthy, fast, and permanent growth. Robbie Kellman Baxter, author of The Forever Transaction, a ready-to-use game plan for running a successful and sustainable subscription business, will talk about how to build lasting customer relationships that are the foundation of business success.
Additional MSP peer education and industry speakers include:
C.J. Ezell, founder and CEO of Cross Bay Digital Marketing, who will present “Be Heard! Why Your MSP Story Matters Now”; Stephen Monk, CEO of Noverus Innovations, who will discuss “How MSPs Can Best Manage and Solve Growing Pains”; and Vince Tinnirello, managing director of Anchor Network Solutions, who will talk about “How to Build a Winning Client Advisory Board.”
