The practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is nothing new for many organizations. There are hundreds of studies validating that diverse, inclusive teams drive performance and innovation, propelling business forward. While diversity challenges are common across the globe from creating gender, LGBTQ+ and ethnic equality, to addressing the needs of a diverse marketplace, managing DEI is not a one size fits all approach.
