Vertical Markets: Spotlight on Healthcare IT Services

Healthcare IT spending is on the rise, and those dollars could be yours. Understanding the top concerns for healthcare providers and doctors could help you close the deal.

Healthcare is one of the top market opportunities for MSPs, according to CompTIA. In its 2010 2nd Annual Healthcare IT Market: Insights and Opportunities report, for example, the industry association notes that more than half of the doctors, dentists, and other healthcare providers surveyed spent a greater amount on IT in 2010 than in the previous year. And that spending trend is expected to continue, opening up new opportunities for MSPs.
