At first glance, this multi-panel digital signage display from Sharp Electronics Corp. is little more than some high-resolution hardware. What makes it a solution is the content management software SYNNEX bundles along with it and the accompanying installation, content creation, support, and warranty services.
“If you think about IT resellers, they’re not necessarily going to have the type of engineers that are going to be masters of hanging things on walls, running cables, etc., much less content development,” says Kirk Nesbit, the distributor’s vice president of design and support services. “We’re able to backstop that reseller the whole way.”
