Distributor Ingram Micro Inc., in Irvine, Calif., is encouraging channel partners who need help to contact them via phone or social media.
Actions the distributor has already taken to help include:
- Ingram Micro’s transportation team is working with customers supporting emergency response organizations (FEMA, Red Cross, etc.). No Ingram Micro advanced logistics centers have been impacted.
- Ingram Micro’s finance teams have identified channel partners in impacted areas and/or with customers in impacted areas, and are working on an individual basis with those partners to help with cashflow, terms, and credit needs now and in the future.
- Ingram Micro’s Trust X Alliance community has set up a GoFundMe page to help Trust X Alliance Southern Star Chapter members in the effected region: https://www.gofundme.com/southernstardisasterrelief.
