NVIDIA's GTX690 Arrives At Motherboards.org

Well today we opened up the crate and got to see what comes inside it, and low and behold it was filled with Zombies, bloody damn Zombies to be correct, what you don't believe me? Okay you got me there were no real Zombies, but there was a shiny new reference model GTX690 though in the box and man it looks really sweet. By Motherboards.org

Dual GTX680s on a single PCB that are sure to win the hearts of gamers, overclocker's and enthusiasts the world over and although we cannot talk specs or performance quite yet we can show you some nice up close picture of the card for you to drool over.

The card just looks so clean, check out that Terminator look all metal and shiny I really like this new design and think this is the absolute best out of the gate NVIDIA product I have ever seen in my entire career, which is saying quite a bit. There are dual GPUs located under those heat fins you can see in the pictures above and a single fan located in-between them.

What is really amazing though is that the card only requires 2 8-pin power connectors for all that power so those who don't have a PSU with more than a couple of 8-pin connectors will still be able to install it. There is a only a single SLI finger, but you can still run two cards in a Quad SLI configuration that only uses 4 slots on the rear panel.
