Gigabyte M7770 Mini Laser Mouse Review

This is a decent mouse for laptop users because it is portable, easy to install, long efficient battery life, and an amazingly comfortable rubber grip. It is an effective and affordable laptop mouse that is priced just around 25 dollars. By Motherboards.org

Today we will be looking at a particular mouse designed for laptop users called the M7770 from Gigabyte. The mouse features a matted finish on both sides for extra grip and control with a sleek sexy solid black shine. It has a very portable size that may be a handicap for users with larger hands like my own. The dimensions are 80 x 53 x 32 mm, which for my hand is easily engulfed and difficult to use. However, the small size is great because it is very portable and can fit in your pocket while you are up and about. The high quality side rubber feels great on the mouse and I wish other laptop mice would use the same type of material. Below are the specs of this handy mini laser mouse.

The adjustable DPI switch was great idea for users to switch between sensitivities; however I did not find any use for the lower DPI setting. I just left the DPI setting at 1600 because 800 was too slow for me to maneuver around effectively.

Gigabyte did install a great laser for the M7770. I got incredible response and movement from the mouse on almost any kind of surface. The nano receiver was great because I could just leave it plugged into my laptop without worrying about reconnecting the mouse. The battery installation was very quick and easy. There is a button on the bottom of the mouse that pops the top of it open where you install the AAA batteries.

In the end, I think this is a decent mouse for laptop users because it is portable, easy to install, long efficient battery life, and an amazingly comfortable rubber grip. It is an effective and affordable laptop mouse that is priced just around 25 dollars.
