Xerox Offers PrintAssist Services to Help IT Service Providers Grow and Cultivate Business

The cloud-based plug-in integrates Xerox’s printer discovery and monitoring capabilities with LabTech Software’s RMM platform to provide the information needed to manage print.

As IT and document service markets continue to converge, Xerox offers solution providers and MSPs a new way to expand their business and capture additional revenue with Xerox PrintAssist Services.

The cloud-based plug-in integrates Xerox’s printer discovery and monitoring capabilities and LabTech Software’s remote monitoring and management platform to provide – via a dashboard – information needed to manage print. The tool proactively identifies potential issues such as paper jams or low consumable levels for networked printers and multifunction devices regardless of the manufacturer.

“The market is ripe for solutions providers to enhance their service offerings – and that can be done by managing print,” says Douraid Zaghouani, president, Channel Partner Operations, Xerox Technology. “Xerox PrintAssist Services is another example of how we help partners expand their profitable revenue by connecting our technology and services so they can simplify their customers’ everyday business processes.”

Velocity Network anticipates growing their business and further cementing themselves as a trusted advisor to their clients with Xerox PrintAssist Services.
