NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Uplevel Security, the cybersecurity industry’s first adaptive incident response platform, announced today that security sales veteran John Sullivan has joined the company as its Vice President of Sales. Sullivan will focus on continued expansion and growth in the enterprise market where Uplevel’s innovative technology is in high demand.

Prior to Uplevel Security, Sullivan served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Prelert, leading provider of behavioral analytics for IT security and operations, where he oversaw rapid growth in revenue and spearheaded a global channel program. He was integral in the growth of the company, which led to its acquisition by Elastic in September 2016. Sullivan also served as Vice President of Sales at Promisec, a leader in endpoint detection and response, and was responsible for go-to-market planning, sales, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Sullivan held senior sales leadership positions at eIQ Networks, Micro Focus, Segue Software, Pedestal Software, SMARTS, and Empirix.
