TeamViewer Builds Momentum in U.S. and the Americas Market

New U.S. Leadership, Broadened Sales Focus and Expanded Product Portfolio to Fuel Continued Growth

TeamViewer,†a leading global software provider for secure remote access, support, connectivity, monitoring, IoT and team collaboration announced it has accelerated investments in the U.S. and the Americas market that included hiring industry veterans in newly created roles of President, Head of Sales and Services and VP of Marketing for TeamViewer Americas.

Currently in the U.S., TeamViewer is recognized as a preferred secure remote assistance tool for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), but it is also used by many Fortune 500 companies globally. It has been installed on more than 1.5 billion devices and is an established leader in secure remote access, support and collaboration software worldwide. Organizations use TeamViewer as a standalone remote assistance platform, or embed its tools within help desk, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Information Technology Services Management (ITSM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Internet of Things (IoT) and other mission-critical technology solutions.

In this newly created role, Faldi is responsible for†North, South and Central Americas, including all marketing, sales, channel partnerships, customer support, human resources, and operations. Previously, Faldi was SVP, Partner Revenue Officer at Lifelock, a consumer†identity-theft protection company that was acquired by Symantec in February 2017 for $2.3 Billion. Before that, Faldi was Chief Operating Officer for Datalogix, a data measurement, targeting, and analytics company that was acquired by Oracle for $1.1 Billion. Prior to that, Faldi was Vice President- Global Broadband, Mobile, Strategic and Search Affiliate Partnerships & Operations at Yahoo. He continues to be an active investor and advisor to several early stage and growth companies.

John Hald, Head of Sales and Services, TeamViewer Americas

Hald is pioneering this new role with 20 years of experience leading telesales and service teams across the U.S. At Dun & Bradstreet, he led a 450-person telesales organization that spanned five separate locations. While at Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation, he led the expansion of a new business sales team from 40 to more than 120 associates and launched a new telesales location in the Phoenix, AZ market which grew from 20 to 50 associates. Hald has a proven management methodology that focuses on enhancing his teams’ sales skills, which has previously contributed to double-digit annual sales improvements.

Ray Kemper, VP of Marketing, TeamViewer Americas

Kemper has more than 20 years of broad domestic and international marketing management experience in both consumer and business-to-business markets. He is responsible for driving TeamViewer growth, innovation & revenue in the U.S. and Americas markets. He was previously Chief Marketing Officer at Televerde, a demand generation, marketing and inside sales solutions company, where he planned and executed the company’s global marketing strategy for generating revenue. Prior to that, he was Global Director of Marketing for Bing, Microsoft’s search engine. He also held previous senior marketing roles at Cingular Wireless/AT&T Mobility and BellSouth Latin America. Kemper is an established marketing thought-leader as an official member of the Forbes Communication Council and an Instructor and Advisory Committee Member at GreenFig Education, which provides degrees in applied business sciences.
