This new solution, based on Avaya’s flagship collaboration platform for SMBs, will be hosted by ViaWest, a colocation, managed services, and cloud provider in North America.
Offered through ScanSource Catalyst, this cloud solution enables resellers to provide the same work-from-anywhere communications experience as if the IP Office Platform were deployed on premise, but in a streamlined, pay-per-user-per-month model.
In addition, through a partnership with Avaya Financial Services, ScanSource Catalyst will also provide leasing options around the remaining on-premise hardware, including Avaya phones, routers and switches, allowing for the entire communication solution to be billed monthly.
