This document management platform from Square 9 together with OKI smart MFPs aims to streamline workflow while cutting costs to improve business process automation in any organization.††
SmartSearch allows users to automate paper forms and create document-driven processes directly from their OKI MFP touchpad. With two editions – the Professional Edition and the Corporate Edition – standard features of SmartSearch include:†
