Kofax Strengthens Its Global Partner Program
Improving partner communications, bolstering marketing resources, and launching a new portal and relationship management system created to help improve partner success.

Kofax, a provider of document driven business process automation solutions, has renovated its Global Partner Program to help VARs, system integrators, and other channel partners become more competitive in the market. Five new Channel Account Managers were hired in mid-October, two in the Americas, to help drive a strategic approach to partnering worldwide.

Phase one of the company’s new portal and relationship management system went live at the end of September and makes the benefits of the partner program more easily accessible for self-service through Salesforce.com. Benefits include: registering deals, viewing and managing account information and contacts, updating product certifications, and requesting funds. Phase two, to be implemented by the end of the year, will offer increased visibility into the status of technical support issues.

To improve partner communications, Kofax now offers weekly news briefs with regional content and new webinars focused on assistance in selling Kofax products.

Additional support to partners comes in the form of new marketing resources such as the implementation of a new joint business planning program. This program features approximately 80 Platinum Partners working alongside Channel Account Managers to help align sales and marking strategies to better drive revenue growth.
