HP Reveals New Premium PC Line-up

The company’s new laptops and all-in-one aim to raise the bar in design, quality, and performance.

HP Inc. has unveiled its latest premium consumer PC line-up just in time for the 2016 holiday season. The new PCs include the HP Spectre x360 convertible laptop, the HP ENVY laptop, and the HP ENVY AIO 27.

The HP Spectre x360, the second generation release of the company’s x360 series, features a near zero border display and a lighter, thinner design at 13.8mm and 2.85lbs. The convertible laptop is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processors and achieves 25 percent more hours of battery life – up to 15 hours.

The new Spectre x360 also includes two USB-Type C ports with Thunderbolt 3 support and a USB-Type A 3.0 port. The laptop’s display boasts a 13.3-inch diagonal FHD IPS†panel, and a new hinge design enables user to easily shift between different modes – notebook, tent, tablet, and stand. Other features include:

  • A new dual fan design to ensure the device runs cool during demanding activities
  • Options with up to a 1TB PCIe SSD†for fast performance and space to store high resolution videos and photos
  • HP TrueVision FHD Webcam with 12 percent wider field of view
  • A FHD IR camera, which supports Windows Hello†Facial Log-In for easy log in without typing a password

With prices starting at $1,049.99, the HP Spectre x360 is now available.†

Next in the lineup, the new 13.3-inch HP ENVY laptop, packs four more hours of battery life – up to 14 hours– compared to last year’s model. At 14mm thin and 3.15lbs, the new HP ENVY is slightly thicker and heavier than the previous generation, but now features a larger battery and 7th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors for more power on the go.

The laptop offers an elevated hinge design to provide a more comfortable typing experience coupled with a backlit keyboard for working in low light. For the display, customers can choose a FHD†panel or add touch with the QHD+†display option. Other features include:

  • Two USB 3.0 ports – one dedicated to sleep and charge – and one USB Type-C port
  • Up to a 1TB SSD†PCIe provides fast response times when opening or moving large files
  • Up to 16GB RAM

The HP ENVY Laptop will be available October 26, 2016, starting at $849.99.

The HP ENVY AIO 27†combines computing power with media experiences and features a near borderless Technicolor Color Certified HD 27-inch QHD display that is positioned over an integrated four speaker sound bar tuned by Bang & Olufsen.

Other features of the all-in-one include:

  • 6th Generation Intel Core i5 or i7 Quad-Core processors
