The Core family of cases, developed by Fractal Design, has undergone an evolution resulting in the release of the new Core x5 Series. The four new cases are liquid cooling ready and feature removable steel drive trays that can support either 3.5-inch HDDs or 2.5-inch SSDs and reside inside a fully removable drive cage. This versatility, states Fractal Design, allows the end user the flexibility to custom tailor their case to accommodate the cooling solution they desire without the need to sacrifice storage space. Additional features include an integrated fan controller and dual front panel USB 3.0 ports.
