ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has released the G550JK, a compact gaming notebook with a 15.6-inch display. The G550JK is powered by the latest 4th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, and features an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M GPU that can be overclocked with ASUS TurboMaster technology.
ASUS TurboMaster technology, along with dual fans and copper heatsinks, allow the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M GPU to be overclocked by up to 5%.
The G550JK features a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS LED-backlit display with wide 178-degree viewing angles and anti-glare coating for comfort during long gaming sessions. The notebook includes 802.11ac WiFi to ensure the best wireless gaming when paired with an 802.11ac router. ASUS SonicMaster Premium, incorporating ICEpower, Bang & Olufsen technology, and an external SonicMaster subwoofer, gives the G550JK high-fidelity audio and added bass for a more immersive gaming experience.
