New Partner Program for MSPs from Total Defense

Cloud security provider Total Defense Inc. has launched a new partner program for managed service providers (MSPs), enabling them to grow their businesses with the company's cloud-based Web, email, and endpoint security solution Total Defense for Business. With this new program, the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based vendor enables MSPs to monitor, protect, and manage their SMB clients' networks with a Web-based management console and generate recurring revenue for their businesses.

Features of the newly established partner program include lead distribution and marketing support, including prospecting; on-demand training materials as well as hands-on education; co-branded research from the Total Defense Security Research team that can be distributed to customers; and a non-competitive sales management team.

With no hardware or software to install, there are no start-up costs for partners, and 24/7 online and on-site pre- and post-sales technical support is available worldwide. The company also enables partners to white label the cloud-based security management platform so they retain brand consistency that can lead to new market and revenue opportunities.
