Quest Software Adds BlueFolder’s PSA Functionality to PacketTrap MSP

With the BlueFolder acquisition, Quest will offer a professional services automation system (PSA) that will also be equipped with remote monitoring and management (RMM) capabilities.

This expansion of Quest’s portfolio gives MSPs a broader end-to-end business management product.

PacketTrap MSP delivers remote server, application, and network management for MSPs and IT service providers. With BlueFolder’s PSA functionality, the new solution will integrate core features of the two types of technology platforms, giving MSPs a new ability to deliver services and differentiated support to customers.

Quest will reveal its new PacketTrap MSP offerings in the first quarter of 2012 with stand-alone RMM or PSA products, as well as an integrated solution. For more information, visit http://www.packettrap.com.
